Maria V. Larse used to work as a personal banker for a huge financial institution. She thought she was doing really well in her life. She's has an affluent life, 2 beautiful children and a husband who works as a broker for a known real estate company. The recession period in 2009 made it difficult for her family to adjust. Her husband lost his job and she was the only one working. Her job was also affected by the recession. The work hours were reduced and she sometimes had to do unpaid overtime. She has to live through this because she doesn't want to lose her job as well. And with a mortgage to pay, a car loan, credit card and utility bills, she barely makes enough to cover everything.

Good thing she works in a financial institution that supports employees like her. She was given a chance to attend seminars about financial freedom and had a one-on-one counseling with a certified financial coach. She realized that she can never have the life she used to have but she can do something about what she has right now. After a few years for self discipline and with a strong motivation to get back to their feet, she's now on her way to financial freedom. Follow her story and learn how she overcome the struggles of her life.
